The first thing that comes to mind is a balanced nutrition. But what it is? Do you think it is about those labels we see on each pack? Yes, of course they are useful, but it is not about 2000 daily calorie allowance. A balanced nutrition means that you remain healthy and… happy. Thats right – our food is able to influence both our health and our mood. For the health part we can understand – if you eat junk you’ll become junk; but what’s about the mood? The first think is easy to understand: if your food is of a poor quality, this will affect your health, and obviously you won’t feel yourself great when you’re sick. But this is only one side. There is another side – a moral one; it is more of a subtle thing which are difficult to comprehend, but with time and practice. I’m talking about energy or bio-information our food contains. We heard in school that, for example, electricity – there are + and – charges, so the same with this bio-energy (not bio-fuel) – it has positive and negative charges. Positive charges come from foods that are grown with care and love; negative charges come from food that was neglected during its growth or was obtained by violence. What does it means? It means that if you want your food to influence your health and mood positively, prefer positively charged food.OK, these were just my musings for today. Stay healthy!
